This month we are all heading to The Rail Heritage Centre, Barbour Road, Thirlmere. We will be meeting at Uncle Leo's Diner, Cambelltown Rd, Glenfield at 8am for an 8.15am departure. B.Y.O Picnic lunch, drinks etc. Unfortunately we cannot park inside the grounds as they are currently upgrading their facilities. Hope to see you all there. |

As you would all be aware, The Monaro Car Club of N.S.W held its A.G.M on Sunday 7th March, 2010. The New Committee for 2010 is as follows: President : Greg Fountaine Vice President : John Bruyn Secretary : Tracey Sinclair Treasurer : Peter Sleeman Club Registrar : Greg Fountaine Editor : Jodie Bruyn Website/ Raffles : Meg White Run Coordinator : Karen Fountaine Events Coordinator : Jeff Sinclair Photographer : Claire East Members Reps : Graham Bruyn : Mick Williamson : Chopper (Neil White) The outgoing committee from 2009 would like to thank the new committee members for taking on these positions, and wish them all the best for the year ahead. |

Next Meeting is the 7th March 2010 at the Baulkham Hills Sports Club 6:30pm. This is also our AGM. Nominees, nominators and seconders for all positions must be current financial members of the Monaro Car Club of NSW, Inc. Positions that can be nominated are: President Vice, President Secretary Treasurer Editor, Web Administrator Run Coordinator, Show Coordinator Special Events Coordinator Club Registrar, Raffle Coordinator Photographer Members Representatives (minimum 3 delegates) |

The next run is on the 28th February to Wisemans Ferry. Meet at McGraths Hill McDonalds at 8:00am for an 8:15am leave. Please note the details in newsletter about heading into the Del Rio Resort for the Hot Rod Show may have changed, this will be discussed at the meeting point if anyone still wants to go in. |

04/11/2009 - ADULTS CHRISTMAS PARTY AND PRESENTATION NIGHT

TIME: 5:30pm
VENUE: Big Als Club House Unit 7, 99 Kurrajong Avenue, Mt Druitt
COST: $10 per member and $25 per guest
BYO Drinks
RSVP: As soon as possible. The cut off was 1st November but some spots still available
The night includes: Smorgasbord dinner, dessert, tea/coffee included. Music and dancing. Raffle and lucky door prizes. Awards include Attendance, Membership and end of year trophies etc.
